Entrants must be in an Authorized Cyberoam Partner or Distributor in the ME Region. |

Entries must be submitted in English. The Award entry itself (answers to all questions) must be in English. |

|
The entrant must be the rightful owner of the application and/or services solution and have management approval to submit the entry to the 2009 Cyberoam Excellence Awards. |

| |
|
One award will be given per category only. |
|

|
In the event that a company references a third-party customer application in its submission, your organization must secure the permission of the third party to enter its reference to the application. |

| |
|
Entrants may submit entries in as many categories as in which they are eligible to submit. |

| |
|
Complete entries must be submitted to Cyberoam no later than August 15, 2009. |

Elitecore Technologies Ltd. reserves the right to announce only a winner and no finalists for any of the 2009 Cyberoam Excellence Award categories. |

|
| |
|
Elitecore Technologies Ltd. reserves the right to contact third parties for validation of submissions to the 2009 Excellence Awards. |

|
Elitecore Technologies Ltd. reserves the right to change the rules and regulations without notice. |

Finalists will be announced in September 2009, and must agree at that time to participate as finalists in the Awards program. If no one is available or able to commit to participation after three contact attempts, Cyberoam Awards administrator will notify the next runner-up and give that organization the opportunity to be a finalist in the category. |

|
Finalists who choose to attend the 2009 Cyberoam Awards Gala are responsible for all travel and personal expenses associated with attending the event. |
|
| |
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
Each finalist of an award will be invited to have no more than three (3) people attend the presentation gala in October 2009. |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
All attendees at the presentation gala must be 19 years of age or older. |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
Unauthorized Partners or partners from countries other than ME are not eligible to enter the Cyberoam EXCELLENCE Awards. |
|
